Jeff Liebenthal, President and Chief Executive Officer

Jeff began his career as an IBM project manager and then transferred to the sales division, where he was a successful marketing representative.

He then joined Princeton Computer Group as a technology leasing salesperson. After PCG was sold to Atlantic Computer Systems, Jeff was promoted to Sales Manager, responsible for three offices and his own sales territory.

Jeff was one of the founders and Board members of Princeton Credit Corporation, and served as Executive Vice President of Sales.

In addition to his roles as Trilogy Solutions President and CEO, Jeff is the founder, largest shareholder and President and CEO of Trilogy Leasing.

Jeff is a Cum Laude graduate from Hofstra in Computer Science and Math. He is a Cum Laude graduate from University of Pennsylvania with a joint Masters degree in Computer Science and Business. He was a Teaching fellow for all semesters at University of Pennsylvania.

Mark Darlington, Chief Technology Officer

Mark started his career at IBM, working as a systems engineer and then a marketing representative, specializing in mainframe-based systems.

After leaving IBM, Mark became a principal at DIS Research, Ltd. Mark developed the infrastructure which enabled DIS to grow into a $100 Million nationwide systems integration company.

He was also a solutions architect for CoreCommerce, a b2b software company with an innovative J2EE-based commerce suite.

Mark holds BA and BS degrees from Columbia College and the Columbia School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, respectively. He is a member of the Tau Beta Pi Honorary Society of Engineers.


Katherine Edwards, Chief Operating Officer

Katherine Edwards joins Trilogy Solutions LLC as Chief Operating Officer responsible for Sales, Marketing and Operations. Previously, Katherine was the COO of Comport Consulting for six years. While at Comport, Katherine helped guide them from a $1M reseller to a $40M company. Katherine began her career at Digital Equipment Corporation holding numerous Information Technology and Sales positions. She brings a wealth of experience in our industry as well as strong customer and partner relationships.

Katherine holds a Masters of Science Degree in Applied Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts and a BS Degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.
